#39 true crime, comedy, news
a cryonics crime, hilarious misrememberings, and a mysterious illness
Good morning - and welcome to #39 - with three podcasts this week, all series and each bringing something different this week. One thing I did do this weekend, was watch TV show 'The Last Of Us' (IMBD made me do it) and if you did that too - I'd recommend their podcast (link here) taking you behind the scenes.
Frozen Head
For a podcast about death, this one really is, improbably, a lot of fun. I thought as first this was a podcast about cryonics, however, in reality it is a true crime murder mystery podcast... like you've never heard before! A story about life, death, and what comes next - pick of the week!
Please Tell Me A Story
Six comedians have a funny story to tell. Can they pass the story along the chain without completely twisting the tale? This is a funny, light-hearted podcast - which I must admit, I didn't love at first but came round to it. If you are looking for something to make you laugh, try it!
The Havana Syndrome
In 2016, a mysterious, debilitating illness begins to afflict American diplomats and spies working abroad – first in Cuba, and then around the world. Victims report crippling neurological symptoms. But, what is really going on? Vice dives in and speaks to the victims to learn more.
Thanks for reading (and hopefully thanks for listening!) ✌🏼 😁😁😁
